You wouldn’t answer my call

Korean songs have been lately filling up my days. One of it is this song by 2AM. It is a South Korean four-member ballad boy band which are actually inside a bigger boy band called One Day, with 2PM as the other group. The management purposely split them into 2 groups as 2PM is more like a hip hop boy band.

Car “Mellow” story…

The latest saga on NBA world where one of their superstar, Carmelo Anthony, has been making every ear of NBA fans (especially Nugget’s) turns into red.

So here’s the story, One month ago, the rumor has it that Denver and New Jersey has nearly reached a deal where the Nuggets will send Carmelo along with Chauncey Billups, Shelden Williams, and Terrico White to New Jersey and the Nets to send Devin Harris, Derrick Favors, Anthony Morrow, Quinton Ross, Ben Uzoh, and Stephen Graham to the other side. Detroit Pistons have been approached to be the third party, where they will send Richard Hamilton to the Nets in exchange of Troy Murphy from the Nets and Johan Petro from the Nuggets.

But then all of sudden, the Nets owner (Mikhail Prokhorov) call out a conference press and informing them that they will not continue to pursue the deal. This has caused lots of uncertainty for the players involved, especially for Carmelo and Richard (ever since the trade news, he’s been on the bench and never played in games).

Carmelo got booed by Nuggets fans after the news. Kobe Bryant (Lakers’ superstar) says to the press that any fans who have been booing their own superstar is a stupid and idiots. He feel that Anthony doesn’t deserve this and if the things keep going for some time, he will might packing up his things and get out from the Denver’s locker room sooner or later.

I’ve been moving around Singapore for almost 4 years now. The best place that i’ve ever lived was (probably) City Square Residences. I’m not going to talk about that in this post though. Hehe.

However, in front of the condo, there is City Square Mall. And one of the best place to eat (at least for me) is the Ishi Mura Japanese Foodstreet. The name reflects the place it self. Yep yep.. It’s some sort of Foodcourt selling Japanese food. :–) … Surprisingly, the price for the foods is not that expensive. with about SGD 5 you can eat a fabulous Japanese food. It’s so nice until i really missed it and went there to ate dinner with my colleagues. FYI, i’m no longer living in that condo.

Donburi, Pasta, Pizza, Sushi/Sashimi, Omelette Rice, Okonomiyaki, Ramen, you name it.. It’s all there. It’s even better as i notice that it’s now provide buffet. price ranging above 12 dollars for children and 16 dollars for adults.

So when you do goes to City Square Mall, take a look at this food place. Located at 5th floor and the view is heading the City Square Condo which remind me of my old times in there.

Most anticipated movies of 2011

Two O Eleven is here!! Keen to see what are the upcoming movies on 2011? I manage to found several catchy names, including some sequels. I realized that this year is the year of Superheroes movies yet again. Let’s hope together that the movies are worthy for us to wait and watch it.

So here goes 2011’s :

I am number four
	Storyline revolves around a group of nine Earthbound aliens who escaped their planet just before it was destroyed by a rival species. The group hide out on Earth, disguised as teenagers. The title character (Alex Pettyfer) soon discovers, however, that he is still being hunted by the enemy.

 

Thor

Paramount Pictures and Marvel Entertainment present the epic adventure, “Thor,” which spans the Marvel Universe from present day Earth to the realm of Asgard. At the center of the story is the mighty Thor (Chris Hemsworth), a powerful but arrogant warrior whose reckless actions reignite an ancient war. Pirates of the Caribbean: On stranger tides

X-Men: First Class

The story centers on the teenage years of the first team of X-Men to come out of the Xavier Institute for Higher Learning. Before Charles Xavier and Erik Lensherr took the names Professor X and Magneto, they were two young men discovering their powers for the first time. In the process, a rift between them opened, which began the eternal war between Magneto’s Brotherhood and Professor X’s X-Men.

 

Transformer: Dark of the moon
	“Transformers 3” features Sam Witwicky (LaBeouf) taking his first tenuous steps into adulthood while remaining a reluctant human ally of Optimus Prime. The film centers around the space race between the U.S.S.R. and the USA, suggesting there was a hidden Transformers role in it all that remains one of the planet’s most dangerous secrets. The villain of the third film will be Shockwave.
